In every situation,
there are good decisions
and there are great decisions.
I work to see and make the best decisions.
We play games like chess to practice decision making. Specifically, it gives our brains a chance to make a decision, watch the result, and act upon it again.
Every day, from the moment we wake up, we make decisions. Infact, each day is simply a string of decisions...like deciding to get up, get dressed, brush teeth, eat breakfast, go to school, listen in class, and so on. And while it's true we do not always make the right decisions, we should remember that the more good and great decisions we make, from the smallest decisions to the biggest ones, the better our life gets.
Also note that it is okay to slow down, and take more time when making a decision. This allows an exploration of the options and outcomes, increasing the logic you put into the decision. If you do not have to rush a decision, don't. Thoughtful decisions tend to be great decisions.
"I am a decision maker, and I make great decisions."
